I’m pretty sure your application will be approved. How much did you show as a proof of fund for both yourself and your spouse?

The below mentioned are the docs i submitted

1. Imm 1295, 5707 & 5257b form
2. Upfront proof of medicals & photo as per specifications.
3. Marriage Certificate

Additional docs.

4. My Valid Workpermit
5. My Employment letter mentioning start date , designation describing all roles and responsibilities (NOC type 0 or A or B).
6. Tax slips T4 for Two years
7. Recent three paystubs
8. Funds approx. $5k (not mandatory)
9. LOE by my spouse & approx. 20 marriage pics and around 12 after marriage pics.
10. My spouse experience letters.
11. Travel history to any other country
12. PR Application acknowledgement letter.

Can you please advise what is your nationality and where your spouse applied for SOWP from.
My spouse's application for SOWP is still in process and I have provincial nomination approved but waiting for my spouse's SOWP decision before I apply for PR. I thought that if your PR application is in process, there is less chance of getting SOWP. But looking at your case that your spouse got the SOWP even your PR was still in process. What is your advice should I go ahead with PR application or wait for my spouse's SOWP application outcome. Please reply at your earliest. Thanks
