PGWP expiring soon .. Plz help on EI

My PGWP is expiring soon and I have few questions. I may change the status to visitor if I don't receive ITA in next 2 draws.

I have been working in Canada for more than 2 years. Can I make use of EI if am In visitor status.?
can I work when am in implied status?
can I make use of carry over amounts from cra school fee.?

You need to be holding a valid work permit to get EI. So unfortunately you won't qualify once your PGWP expires.
No - you cannot work on implied status since you are changing your status to visitor.
I'm not sure what you mean by your last question...

Not sure if I got the last point right, but from my understanding you are trying to say is can you carry over your tuition credit ?

If that's what you are asking then Yes you can carry over your tuition credits
