Can I apply the owner-operator LMIA from the US while working for a company on L1 A and expiring soon? Will it impact anything for me in the US? A couple of questions:
1. Can I continue my business in Canada and work in USA with some travel to Canada and hire people there?
2. Do I need to be there in Canada for the whole time to run the business?
3. Is there any impact on my current job in the US?
4. Can I continue on my Canada LMIA and get my PR while managing my business in Canada?
5. Any success mantra to get the approval of my LMIA
