Hello, I need urgent reply please, I have big concern, I applied in ICAS since around 9 mounths, before it is showing in the queue that the application is reviewed for completeness since novembre 2019, and now since 2 days it is showing that it is invalid file number or birthdate, and I am sure about my file number, I tried to call them but it is not reachable through email and phone, any one can help please, thank you

Hey ive been experiencing the same error.however ive emailed them.has ur problem sorted out??
 
Hi, yes they reply and the reactivate it again, they said after 365 days it is automatic desactivation, they will answer you
