Any student visa applicants from Jamaica?

Can anyone confirm if they were asked to submit a police record? not sure if it is mandatory or not. It isn't mentioned on my online application but I saw it on the local website . Anyone has any knowledge about this? Just concern about delaying my application to get one.

I got one done. And I know someone else that did it and actually used it. I say get it just in case.

I believe it is required for some countries, including Jamaica. You usually submit it along with SOP (in the same PDF) under client information section
