Can someone share experience that if someone applies for Canada PR and it is approved with visa validity till end of the year 2020.

Now, i dont plan to go to canada for next 2-3 years so what happens to my application. What are my options and what should i do. Please share your experience with me.

You need to land in Canada before your COPR (permanent residence visa) expires. Once you land and finish all your paperwork, you are obliged to live in Canada at least 2 out of 5 years to keep your PR status. A lot of people do a soft landing and settle down later. As long as you meet the obligation, you won't have any issues.
 
You won't become a PR if you don't land by the expiry date on the visa and will need to start the EE process all over again. Simple.
