Hi,

I will complete 1 year under CEC in November, when can I apply for ITA. When should I be applying for police clearance certificate from the countries I lived in previously and the WES degree verification. After ITA or before?, considering these take a long time.

Just my thoughts:
- For ITA, try submitting an EE profile after you get your 1 year of experience. Less explanations to do since the system sometimes grants an applicant 1 year experience points before reaching 1 year work anniversary (if the profile is created around a month before reaching anniversary) . If this happens, you need to provide LOE to explain that's how the system works and make sure you submit your application after you reached 1 year work anniversary.

- For PCC:
For any other country
For any other country, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row.

Some countries put expiry dates on their police certificates. If you have a police certificate that expired, include it. We’ll accept it if:

  • it was issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row
  • it is not for the country where you currently live
An officer may ask for a new one later on.

So i guess, as long as you haven't stayed in that country after you entered Canada or have been there but not more than 6 months or more in row, then you can start requesting for it 2-3 months before November -- depends on how long it takes to get it.

the first thing you need to have is your ECAs. There is no way you can create a profile without them. Also you need your English/French test results before you can submit your profile.

Everything else can be done afterwards but it would not hurt to have everything done in advance, specially if you will get a high enough CRS as to get an ITA immediately.

Since you've been in Canada for over a year now, you could get the Police certificates anytime know because they must be issued after you stayed at each particular country for more than 6 months in a row as @NOC98 has already pointed out.
