Hey, listen, i'm not giving out wrong info, u can call IRCC yourself and ask. Also, you need to read the travel and exemption section of that link you sent. If you don't want to travel, fine, but let other people have access to the information before criticizing others who have read this multiple times since March!
My husband who has PR is already in canada since one year, as ours application was in progress we were waiting to join him.And when we recieved COPR on march 20th 2020 , we were unable to travel till now due to COVID. How do I contact IRCC ? Through phone call or mail?

Thanks for the information. Where did you find about the above mentioned case ? Sorry, I am just being a little impatient to know if they have started processing.
I called my laywer for some information and he informed me that another client whose passport was submitted before lockdown has received passport back 3 days ago with Visa and COPR.

I've submitted webform to IRCC letting them know of my situation stating that i'm under the exemption as per your guidelines, but my travel document is expiring in July 29, 2020. I sent them copy of my passport and copy of my travel document. I also mention that i will travel once the restrictions are lifted in India if i can prior to expiring of my travel document. i'm waiting for a response.

there are no more flights under the evacuation any more from India. And honestly, i'm scared because I read a news report there was a pilot who had COVID-19 on the evacuation flight. and if you get stuck on a plane with someone who is asymptomatic, they can pass the virus onto you through the air system on the plane. the best strategy would be to have people travelling quarantine for 14 days prior to travelling instead of temperature checks at the point of entry because you can be asymptomatic and still carry the virus. :(

I hope this ends soon. When does your travel document expire?
