If a non-resident holds a company sole-prosperity or an incorporation in Canada, what kind of visa should he/she apply to enter Canada?

What is a sole-prosperity? Are you talking about sole-proprietor?

Depends on the objective for visiting Canada.

If the objective is to visit as a tourist (and not work), then a TRV.

If the objective is to work, then a work permit which will most likely require an approved LMIA.

oh yes, sorry for the typo, yes to visit clients and market more business, how to get LMIA for my own company?

You would apply for an owner / operator LMIA. It's basically the same as the normal LMIA process except that you don't have to advertise the job.
