Hello,

I live in Canada and have recently received invitation under Canadian Experience Class. Do I need to mention my car finance in my proof of funds? My work visa expires in almost 1.5 yrs but my finance will be done after 6 years. Also, the finance is with a different bank than my own. Should I mention it in proof of funds or is it OK to leave it out?

Thanx

Why do you need to provide proof of funds in the first place? CEC is exempt from POF.

Note:
You do not have to meet the funds requirement if you were invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class.
The system currently asks all applicants to provide a proof of funds document. If you don’t need to provide proof of funds, you must upload a letter explaining either that you have been invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class, or that you have a valid job offer.

The list of required documents included Proof of Funds proof too and it mentioned a letter from your institution explaining your all accounts' opening date, current situation and all the loans or credit card. My car finance is not with my own financial institution.
Also, how do you get the above mentioned letter that I do not need proof of funds?
