Question, can I apply for BOWP or ill just stick to a closed work permit
Hi. Yes, You can apply for Bowp if you have AOR if not then you can't.

To be eligible for a BOWP, you must:
  • live in Canada (Quebec not included)
  • have a valid work permit that expires in 4 months or less.
  • be the principal applicant on your permanent residence application.
  • be approved in principle for permanent residence.
  • have no employment restrictions as a condition of your nomination.

What does approved in principle mean? This is what I am confused about. Thank you for replying

Approved in principle / Approval in principle (AIP)
Your application is “approved in principle (AIP)” if:
  • you have received a letter from IRCC stating that you meet the permanent residence eligibility requirements, but
  • you still have to pass the medical, security and background checks for you and, if needed, your family members.

What is your AR and AOR date ???
What is your AR and AOR date ???
My AR is June 7th 2018 and think AOR is October sometime 2018. Whats even worse is I submitted it in Feb 2018.My ADR status is reviewing sent documents, at this current rate my WP will expire on my new job in September. Funny part is my documents were sent to Edmonton then got moved to Winnipeg where I live!
