trust all are staying safe? Trying to fill in my EE profile. .bUT its came back "not eligible "twice.need help please. My details as follows
IELTS :band 8.EVALUATION :masters degree, work experience :9 years. How much fund bring to canada is :23000 (family of 3),Age:35,eligibility score:77,working hours per week :40hours.pls I need help!

Work History:currently working full time since 2011,entered NOC code and also Entered 40 hours per week,TieS to canada:yes (Uncle), Funds:24000.spouse didn't do IELTS,did not evaluate Education either. If it says you are not eligible it is because you're not.
Why? Not sure..
 
Is your uncle a blood relation - your parents’ brother or your spouse’s parents brother? Is the uncle a canadian citizen or PR living in Canad? What is your NOC & have you had the same job since 2011.
Yes my uncle by blood..and he is a citizen and my NOC 1522..storeman and partperson.yes I have had same job since 2011

You can’t claim the 15 points, only siblings if applying to the FSW program.
Are you applying to the FSW Program? you cannot claim 15 points for your uncle, only siblingS. To meet the minimum score for eligibility & submit, you can use the 5 points for uncle but for FSW, an uncle gives you no points. Take out those points and it should be ok.

What is your NOC code?
Make sure it doesn't fall in type C or D. If it does, profile won't get created.
 
The NOC code 1522 falls under skill type C
As someone mentioned above, to qualify for express entry program, you need to have experience in skill level 0, A or B
