It will not be rejected. IRCC has already said that they will not reject any application due to missing documents. Just upload LOE with proof that you are trying to get it and submit your application before your IELTS expire. Once your IELTS expires, your ITA will be nil.
Thanks for correcting. Just saw their notice.

hay thanks,

how do you know they opened your application?
I called them... so while purolator delivery was done on April 21... they opened on April 30th as that's when I could start tracking my application online. Once they open, you can track it online and it's taking them 5-8 days to open the package (as per the call center agent).

1) Thank you! He is booked in to get a medical in Toronto next week. I am in NZ but can't currently get a medical here so will have to submit a LOE for that.
2) Last year was a stupid mistake on my part. I am a veterinarian and had been working in Ontario so I assumed that my Ontario Veterinary license meant that I had the 'Canadian qualifications' for my degree. This was wrong - I needed an ECA. Which I have now. My mistake was being far too casual the first time I applied and not digging into what things I needed more.
The other thing they mentioned was that my spouse's educational documents did not have a certified translation done. His veterinary degree is from Peru, but he has had translations done of this and we also had an ECA done for his degree so I am hoping that is adequate enough this time.
3) Thanks!
4) You're right, it doesn't contribute to my points so I will forget about it. Thank you
Hey! I also have a Vet degree from a spanish speaker country! I have my ECA for it so I declared that I have a foreign education and Canadian education (Environment Tech. 2years diploma) under my education. Did your spouse also got certified copies of his original degree and transcripts last time you applied? If not, did they say that this was also a missing component? I am bit confused about my required documentation since I thought my ECA would be enough to prove my foreign education but in my check list I have to upload my degrees/diplomas and also my transcripts; which could be because of my Canadian education but I don’t want to risk it and I was thinking in also uploading my Vet degree and transcripts along with the ECA. The thing is that according to what I read in the IRCC guidelines, any submitted document that is not is English or French, has to be accompanied by translation done by a Canadian certified translator (if not certified, it has to include an affidavit) AND a certified copy of the original (this is apart from the scanned coloured copy of the original). In my case, this means that I have to get new translations since the ones I got for obtaining my ECA with WES were not made by a certified Canadian translator and I didn’t get an affidavit since it wasn’t required by WES. Does anyone has any thoughts on this?

I have a similar problem with my police certificates since I didn’t get a certified copy of the original but I did get a coloured copy of it along with certified translations. The problem is that I have already submitted the originals to PSPC (another ministry of the CA gov. for a non-Immigration related process) and cannot get certified copies of them. Of course now with the whole Covid-19 situation, my consulate is not processing new requests for police certificates right now.

As a side question, is your spouse planning to work as a vet in ON later on? Would you mind sharing what is he studying? I have gone over the whole licensing process in ON before and it is such a long one plus Guelph does not longer have their “integration course” (can’t remember the name) which essentially helped foreign vets in being better prepared for all the exams that we have to take to be able to practice in CA and ON.

hi everyone,

if anyone can tell me how long these things will take?

1) I just submitted my PCC through BLS (purolator - shipment) today how long they will take to issue my Indian PCC?
2) Just given my RCMP biometric through private agent.. how long this will take?
3) Any medical appointments available asap? in GTA

Thanks
I feel as per other groups that in case no medical nearby your location you can give LoE that its closed and you will provide once they open. ITs risky anyway to goto any hospitals etc and trying to go far location for this.

I have concerns about my Police Certificates. I am originally from Ireland, but in the last 10 years, I have lived in a bunch of places for longer than 6 months. So, when I was applying for IEC in 2018, I included certs from: Ireland, Finland, Norway and Spain. Again, I got all of these in 2018.

Then, when applying for PR, I have reordered ones for Ireland, and Norway. Since, I have returned to Ireland since 2018, and I was applying for IEC in Norway, and there are many months before I left for Canada that aren't covered.

I have asked around, and people have said that since there is no expiry on the Finnish and Spanish ones, I can just reuse them. However, talking to my friend today, he told me that, to be on the safe side I should reorder all police certificates to make sure there aren't problems.

I have been under the impression for a couple of months now, that there isn't an issue with reusing the Finnish and Spanish Police Certs from my 2018 IEC application.

I've 77 days left on my invitation, and I can get another Finnish one quickly enough, but I think the Spanish one is more complicated, since I have to physically mail a request, and then get the certificate translated by a certified Canadian translator.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
as per rules and my understanding, unless expirty date is mentioned on the PCC than PCC is valid if non-expired and u haven't been there after issue date.

For 10 years of past address, should we mention 10 days hotel stay as well? for exam, I landed USA 1st of Sep and stayed in hotel till 15th Sep. Then I moved to a apartment and stayed there for a year. In this case, should I mention hotel and apartment addresses?
no hotel address needed. just give ur home address after hotel stay for said duration.
