Sending scanned copy for signature - spousal application

Hello,

I am preparing my application for sponsoring my spouse who is in India. I have sent her all the soft-copies, she has printed and signed all the forms. However, with the current lockdown in India, all postal services are suspended to Canada.

Can I use the scanned copies of the application and post them from here OR have to wait till postal services are resumed in India?

BTW, if anyone knows of a service which is operational in India to get the documents, please let me know.
