Better way to apply for PR

I'm planning to come to Toronto for a MBA. But one of my friend told me to go to a different province since it will be easy to get PR. ( provinces such a Nova Scotia, British Colombia, Manitoba) Can someone explain advantages and disadvantages of going to other provinces? And also want know are there any differences in ontario PR criterias and other provinces?

Each provincial program is different. Apart from hiring an immigration lawyer to help you, there's really no short cut to doing the research yourself to understand each program and what it takes to apply.
