Can anyone tell what are the chances of getting medical passed with a dependent child of 1 year old having delayed development. Diagnosis not yet completed but doctors are saying it might be the reason of Cerebral palsy (CP)

Depends on thr diagnosis and severity of the disability.

Not yet diagnosed bcoz age of baby is less then 12 months and symptoms are mild. Delayed in some milestones e.g independent walk and crawling.

IMO you will probably be fine. Canada has raised the threshold for medical / social services support to $20,000 per year.

Really impossible to say until you actually see how your child develops a bit more. Agree that if it is mild you will likely be fine but would be prepared to provide a more detailed diagnosis and prognosis when you do the medicals.
