I got two updates on my profile:

1. ADR submitted documents changed to Not applicable
2. BG changed to “Your application is in progress”

Timelines:

AOR : 24-Jan-2020
MEP: 07-Feb-2020
BIL: 12-Feb-2020
BG : 17-Apr-2020 (BG status changed to In progress from “We are processing”

Latest Webform Response:
The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,

you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.

• Your application is currently being processed at the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
• The background verifications are currently in process.

Although I understand no one can predict what’s exactly going on in my profile, Could someone guesstimate based on your similar experiences?

My application is filed thru an agent and when I get update it is just a screenshot of my page, which nothing has change since my biometrics completion.

I want to request update thru the webform myself to know the real status, will it be okay that I send the request and not my agent? There will be no issues? It is faster if I do it myself.

I submitted a webform on April 17th, where I told them I got a message on April 6th that my account was updated but that there was no change in my online status. Here is the response I received:

• The background verifications are currently valid.

Due to the ongoing situation related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), some IRCC offices are currently operating with reduced or critical staff only.

We are working on processing applications as quickly as possible; however, processing times are affected and any disruption caused by COVID-19 is not reflected accurately on our website. We will make all the necessary efforts to finalize your application as soon as possible.

But my medical status changed from passed to not required.
Bg is under processing
I do called them and they said everything is under processing thats it

I believe because of pandemic there is no activity after 26 Feb.. otherwise Ottawa office is really fast in issuing PR.
Gcms notes even says that ‘Application sent for COPR printing’
I am very close to approval.

Hello all,
My AOR is Jan 14th, 2020 under CEC.
I am currently on a closed work permit in Quebec. I have a job offer from an Ontario based company and I have attached my job offer in my cover letter as intent to move to Ontario. I have recently signed a lease in Ontario (lease starting June 16th). I am hoping this will give them assurance of my intent to move.

How should I update this information on my profile? Should I inform them using the webform?

I'm having the same medical pass date as yours, but 3 days AOR later. Do you think I should ask for GCMS notes at this point?
