my application status changed to DECISION MADE in an online service account but in GCKEY it is still in process. what is its meaning
how can I get the details that my application is approved or not? now when can expect PPR

Still waiting for PPR since decision made on March 23rd, 2020.

From the IRCC website:

“Permanent residence applications approved on or before March 18, 2020
If your application was approved on or before March 18, 2020, but you haven’t travelled to Canada yet, you’re exempt from the travel restriction measures.”

Therefore any PR hopeful who had an application approved after March 18th can’t travel to Canada anyway. So given that, I believe CIC-Singapore is not requesting medicals or passports because each step begins a validity count down. Successful medicals and visas are only good for one year and six months respectively. Given that it is unknown when normal immigration to Canada will resume, it doesn’t make sense to complete these steps anyway. This is my theory. Maybe I’m wrong but what do you guys think?

Anybody has received the passport request recently ? Or have any idea when the Singapore office is expected to continue issuing pprs for all the people whose application reached the “Decision Made” status.

Singapore VO still closed i think no one received ppr in the last 2 months, i am also waiting for PPR got DM since march 23rd. Lets hope they will not extend the lockdown again. What i have heard they will re-open on the 2nd of June.
