I am trying to call CIC about my application from USA, but no number is working. Anyone recently called CIC from USA, please share the contact #.

Here is my old notes which i got it from the forum. I used to call this way and worked when i was tracking my PR till 2016. I am not sure about it now but it should not have been changed hence give it a shot.

1-888-242-2100 doesn't work if you are outside. Try 1-613-944-4000 and then a series of 1111131 (when asked to press a digit). This should take you to CIC representatives.

Put *67 before that 613 number and call using Google Hangouts. It'll definitely connect you.

Neither of these numbers are taking me to Agent by saying this toll free number not valid from yiur location , sct1 etc after selcting 111.

Any one recently called to CIC from USA?

You mean 67613-944-4000?
Or *67613-944-4000
Or 67944
These are showing as invalid in google hangouts.

not able to call, tried with *67613-944-4000, but in next step i am not getting a verification code/call to my US number, so struck here!

Use *67.. I just tried calling and it worked without any issues. You need to get your Google voice account straight probably by linking your mobile number before being able to use Hangout in general. I'm sure it's not difficult to do.

I tried by installing hangouts app now... it worked. this is a good solution. Thank you my fri

Using *67613-944-4000 it is connecting Global Affairs Canada only and not connecting to IRCC . Is there any other option to reach IRCC apart from Webform.
