Address history for ex-student going home for summer breaks

I was attending university in Canada from 2013-2017 and for 3 summer breaks I went back to my country of origin/home country until the new school year began. However, I had year-round housing in Canada throughout this time. Do I still need to list the address in my home country for these times under the address history portion of the application?

If you were gone for an extended time of several months, yes, list the home country address.
