Going back home from Canada

Hi there

My mom came to Canada to visit(Visitor visa) me from India. Her stay was suppose to be starting March till May 25 but Air canada suspended the flights to India till May 31. My mom is working(heath services) and needed to go back by the end of May. On Air Canada website it says call them when you are ready to book again within 24 months. NOTE: Air canada asked me to cancel booking to get refund which can only be used at the same airline.

I tried contacting Air Canada but wasn't able to get any hold of them as computer keeps talking. Is there any suggestion on what should I do to book here flight again.

You'll have to try calling again. Airline phonelines are very busy right now.

Unfortunately if your mother needed to go back at a certain time she should have tried to leave much earlier. Think it is unlikely she will get back by the end of May.
