Now is probably not the best time for the LMIA process when approximately 1.5 million Canadians applied for benefits due to being unemployed because of the pandemic
No such thing as an easiest province even without COVID. Might help to even get feedback if you shared what you do for a living given some occupations have zero chance of getting an LMIA.
With COVID thousands of residents will become unemployed so chances of LMIAs are likely to be even less for the forseeable future given an employer needs to show no resident available , unlikely now.
