Believe current travel restriction order is in place until June 30th and could be extended if required, doubt will be shortened but nobody of course knows..

You can bring ur spouse along with you if ur Canadian citizen or PR. Ur spouse is ur immediate family member.

How long have you been in the U.S.? At least 2 weeks?

yes . we landed in US on 13 th march .my connecting flight from US to canada was on 23 rd but i hold my tickets becacuse of corona measures . i can wait more here till every thing gonna be alright if it will not effect my work visa

If your husband has been in the U.S. for at least 14 days, then I believe you can come to Canada.

Once you arrive in Canada, both you and your husband will be required to immediately go into a 14 day quarantine.

Still don’t understand what your original plan was when you booked these tickets? Was he planning on returning to India after visiting California?

Given the huge number of US cases I wonder if they will update the 14 days in the US policy. Would keep an eye out for ever changing rules.

Ultimately whatever any documentation implies you may still need to convince any airline checkin that your husband travelling on a visit visa is authorised to board a plane for Canada starting with proof of having met the 14 day US requirement.

Persuading a checkin agent is often the hardest part given airlines can be penalised for allowing passengers to board who would not be authosrised to enter the country. The deluge of often vague or misleading information does not make this any easier for any airline.

I want to take both with me to canada .Their age are 18 and 20 . my younger son's passport is expiring in 15 june and his canada visa is also expiring in 15 june . As he will be 18 on his coming birthday which is also in june . I have question if he can enter in canada with me . we will renew his passport and visa in canada from indian embassy .

If you allow we four enter in canada . we will isolate for 14 days .

What is your status in Canada? Are you a PR or citizen? Or are you here on a study permit or work permit?

It looks like you are here on a work permit, if so, the answer would be no from what I can see. Right now the border is closed to all but essential travel and they don't fall under an exemption.

I just want to know flights are going from sfo to vancouver ? Is it safe time to come to canada or i have to wait more in california if my work permit will not be affected ?
