I really believe that if this was the intention of the IRCC, they would be transparent and inform this as one of their policy changes.
I mean, there are still places that have IELTS schedules opened, and probably a lot of people are booking these tests ASAP for the fear of losing a draw, even though they should be at home, instead of exposing themselves to the risk of taking the IELTS during a pandemic crisis. That includes both inland and outland candidates that are not eligible to CEC.
I'm pretty sure this is something that IRCC has considered. Therefore, if they really intended to continue for the following draws with CEC-only candidates, I believe they would already warned us, to avoid unnecessary expenses and dangerous displacements.
No single PNP/CEC draw have ever happened on a back to back basis so I really don’t know why some people owe the view that this will be a new order . So hard for me to believe. Which ever way it goes, we just have to keep the fire burning within and not the other way round . We stay uplifted coz we don’t work with IRCC and they are the only guys who got total control of this process.

They would never announce such a thing as Canada prides itself being inclusive, non discriminatory blah blah. If the current situation doesn't get better for lets say the next 6 months, they will atleast have CEC candidates to fill towards their 2020 target who are already in the country instead of completely stopping draws and creating a huge burden on themselves once things get better. Also, some CEC candidates will have their permits expiring in the coming months and inviting them makes much more sense as they won't have to leave the country if their application gets approved quickly.

Let's see what happens in the next two weeks. Just submitted my profile. Was hoping I could get ITA in the next draw.

Yup. Remaining positive that there's a regular draw for FSWs sometime before 8 April. That'll be proof things are continuing as normal. At least for now. IRCC says on their website they will continue to accept and process applications, and don't specify which ones, so that's a good sign.

Hi. IRCC ceased all the Panel Physicians for upfront medical exam unitil further notice. How can I submit application without Upfront Medicals ? or should I wait ?
They extended the time to submit your documents for 90 days. I believe you have to wait till the quarantine is over. Hope it is done by this time.

I am a bit confused here. Why is everyone saying April 8 for the next draw, the last draw was March 25th, shouldn't the next draw be April 1st?

last two draws occured on 18/19 march and 25 march, Total for both draw is 3900 ITA exact. So next draw will be on 01 April most probably and it is likely to be regular draw with FSW CEC and PNP candidates
