i log in with sign in partner - td and it prompts to https://www.cic.gc.ca/

and choose english or french

after i choose english i cant find my application

it was never like this

i dont know my GC key

It sounds like it keeps sending you to the homepage? If so, clear your cache and try again sometimes it gets stuck in a loop like that. I'd also try a different browser.

You can create a new GCKey and link your application to the new GCKey, if clearing the cache and cookies does not work.
