I have applied for my student visa on 2 of march 2020 in saskatchewan college but not received any updates of my file till now. I think it is because of corona virus i don't know what to expect but i am two times refuse from Canada they say i will not comeback or leave Canada.

The General time required by IRCC for approval of Study permits (SDS or Regular) seems to be rising. It may be attributed to the ongoing pandemic.
After your past Study Permit denials, did you apply for and receive your GCMS notes? Unless you knew the exact concerns of the Visa Officer from your previous application, and addressed them in your current one - it will, unfortunately, result in another denial. I really hope you addressed the issue of 'ties to home country'.

Canada being the most technologically advanced and developed country and also it being the popular destination encouraged me to study in Canada. Therefore, my sole purpose behind visiting Canada is studies. After completing my academics from Canada, I plan to come back to my own country and the Hotel and Restaurant Management course from Canada would aid me in forging a successful career in India as the Hospitality industry is growing rapidly every year.
I also explained that i chose Canada thee course ,funds and about my family we are a well-established family and I have sufficient funds to cover up my expenses while staying in Canada.

It was the ending part this was to say that i will leave Canada after my studies is completed.
Its rather easy to see that you're not genuine and you're writing it for the sake of writing, and so many false claims

The visa officer will clearly see that you're not a genuine student and have no intentions of leaving.
