refused restoration for studying what to do??

I am an international student who came to Canada in 2016 to study. On Aug 12 2019 my passport was gonna expire so does my study permit so on dec of 2018 i decided to start the process of renewing my passport i called the Egyptian embassy here in canada and they said because am over 19 they need a military status proof from Egypt after looking in the process of issuing one i got all the papers and uploaded them on the Egyptian website. It says that it takes four to six weeks to issue this military status proof do I wasn’t concerned as I still have 9 months for my study permit to end. I waited for 8 months and this permit was finally issued in the 24 of sept 2019 witch is about 42 days after the expiry of my study permit. At this point am panicking so hard so i call a consultant and he say we can apply in (((THREE MONTHS))) after the expiry of my passport so i trust him and send my passport along with the military proof to the embassy to get renewed and they say it will take about three months at this point I didn’t know what to do because am in October of 2019 and my passport will take three months to come back so i send it anyways and then my consultant say we can apply with the old passport at the end of the (((THREE MONTHS))) and send a note that we waiting on the new passport and will send it as soon as it comes in and thats what we did on the 11 of nov 2019 we apply for a restoration with my old passport and waited on the last day if dec my new passport come in the mail and i send it right away. And then waited i was sure that i will get accepted because i made everything according to what this man said. But on March 9 2020 I received a refusal letter saying that I waited over ((((((((((90 days)))))))) and i am not eligible for a restoration and i have to leave the country ASAP. He said three months not 90 day and my visa expires on the 12 of aug so if it was three months i have till the 12 of nov but because its 90 days and there is 31 days in aug and oct my last day was supposed to be on the 10 of nov so i missed the deadline with only one day. I dont know what to do at this point the airports at my country are closed because of Covid-19 and i dont have a status here in canada and i cant apply for a new study permit from inside canada yet I can’t leave help me please...

It is very clearly stated to be 90 days on the IRCC website. This is why it is important to actually research things yourself.

You can submit another Restoration app but as you are no longer eligible, it will go to a Minister's Delegate for a decision.

Foreign nationals whose temporary resident status has expired may apply for restoration. They must pay the associated fee.

If the applicant is eligible for restoration
The officer proceeds with the assessment of the application (medical results, bona fides, etc.).

If all other requirements are met, the officer issues a visitor record (or appropriate permit) outlining the conditions for the restoration of status. The document is mailed to the client.

If the applicant is not eligible for restoration
The Minister’s delegate decides on a disposition for the case. The following options are available:

• refer the case to an admissibility hearing
• issue a departure order
• allow the foreign national to remain

You will need to apply for a new study permit.

You are generally allowed some time to leave the country, Egypt ban is until end of month so hopefully they dont extend it.
If you re feeling nervous you could write a webform to IRCC informing them that you are planing to leave as soon as the Egyptian ban is lifted.
