My father lived in Canada from the age of 10 until his mid 30's he was deported back to the UK for selling $40 of acid to an undercover cop (Long story) When he lived in canada he was living in group homes most of his life and moved around onterio a lot. All of our family still live there and his mother his burried there. He has never been in trouble since being back in the Uk and has been through a lot of harship since being here. He only wants to return for a visit we understand residancy is out of the question but I need advice on how to persue this.
