What representative you used.....immigration consultant or what?

Did you apply as 'outland (Family Class)' from inside Canada? I thought inland applications do not get transferred to VO outside Canada.
Yes I applied as Outland from Inside Canada. Well that's what I thought so that they should be processed here in Canada, but don't know why it was transferred to NDVO
My consultant says that he has no way of contacting the NDVO.
Is it possible for you to ask your consultant & let me know - how did he contact NDVO ?
Coz NDVO is not replying to my emails (I've written 5-6 in last few months)

It was transferred because yours is an outland application. Outland apps generally gets transferred to PA's local office. However, some outland applications do get transferred to other VO's depending on the workload of the local office.
They sent an email to them and i got a reply in 2 days and today again my consultant sent second follow up email with the webform status inquiry.
Is there any way of getting the NDVO to reply to our email or tell us the status of our file since it has been more than 8 months & there is no update/message on the file? - I'm afraid my file is misplaced in NDVO
if you are in Canada, you can dial 1-888-242-2100 (then 2 1 1 0) to talk to an IRCC representative.
you can do case specific enquiry (Web form). They usually get back within a couple of days or you can call them.
Well, I've called CIC many times - they flatly reply that my file is trf to NDVO & CIC cannot access any info in NDVO
And also I've submitted many specific webform to NDVO & recd NO reply from them since Dec-19
Is it possible for you to give me your consultant contact info - I can ask him independently - & also pay what his fee is to contact NDVO
