Processing time trends and patterns report:

If you have any feedback on this report please PM me.

If you find this status update useful please click [LIKE] - thank you in advance.

Current Processing:

*The dates are based on the data reported to myimmitracker in the past 24 hours.

Statuses by months 2020:
*Not much happening for 2020 applicants at this stage, PPRs are flowing for 2019 applicants, see below.

Source:https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/consolidated-e-apr-tracker-express-entry-permanent-residency-application/analytics/statuses-by-months-of-submission

Statuses by months 2019:
*December, November and October have reported hundreds of PPRs in the past few weeks.

Source:https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/consolidated-e-apr-tracker-express-entry-permanent-residency-application/analytics/statuses-by-months-of-submission

PPRs by period report:
*Very active 2.5 months of 2020. A lot of PPRs. Raining pretty much every day. We can see the decrease in the processing time, see below.

Average processing time CEC:
*We can see that CEC remain the fastest stream.

Average processing for FSW-O&I:
*It sory of stablized at around 185-195 days on average.

Average processing time PNP:
*PNP once again became the fastet stream, a number of December applicants got PPT already.

Applicants by stream 2020
*PNP slowly reducing and will, most likely come to usual 10-15%, however, with new provincial quota allocation we should expect PNPs to pick their share towards August/September.

Average by a province:
*Processing time for PNP has stabilized now and is quite short. NBPNP 135 DAYS ON AVERAGE!

PPRs issued by visa office in 2019:
*Ottawa, Sydney add up to 85% of all PPRs generally, NDVO however, in last 2 months issued A LOT OF PPRs in the past 2 months.

Average by nationality:
*As you can see, Syria, Palestine, Cuba and Zambiaare taking a LONG TIME.

Fastest Stream
And IT IS... PNP in the past 30 days

Processing by visa office
*Vienna, Warsaw and London are SUPER-quick.

Thanks very much everyone! and enjoy your week!

Ping me with questions and good luck with you application!

Hi
AOR is 17th Feb
Biometric 3rd March
Today I have received a Biometric letter for my husband who is non-accompanying.
Has anyone heard of a non-accompanying spouse being asked for biometric?

Please reply.

Yes. They have asked biometrics of some unaccompanying spouses.

Hi Everyone,

Congratulations for submitting your eAPR and becoming part of February 2020 AOR gang.

This thread is to assist everyone with questions in relation to process tracking, trends, processing timelines concerns and just to get together and plan the upcoming move over to Canada while trying to understand when to expect your PPR.

Good luck!

I will be sharing some statistics below to help you with the process.

----

Please submit your questions here and will do my best to answer those!

All the best and see you in Canada!
Hi there,

not a question but rather a comment on my current timeline. submitted an application on 26 Feb and received AOR on the same date. Received Biometrics letter and MEP on the 4th of March, biometrics updated 6th March. The timeline says 8% completed so far so just waiting for updates now. Cant really tell if they have started background checks because it has shown the same comment since we submitted-except for the actual changes I've mentioned above.

Current processing:

I don't know if this is a generalization. I know of a couple who submitted complete application just before Christmas 2019 and received RPRF request. I would calculate that the entire process up to then has taken about 6 weeks if we consider IRCC closed for the holidays.

One question, can we logically assume that an application having only principal applicant + 0 dependents will be processed quicker than an application having principal applicant + 1/2 dependents, if yes is the time difference significant?
ive read blogs where the trend is family applications with younf dependants go faster. I personally know a single applicant whose exceeded 6 months and family who was processed in less than 2 months both from the same
our MEP on 4th March
Passed ours on the same day.

So, I seem to have a ghost update this week. I saw it today after last checking my profile on Mar 2 or 3, which is when I did my biometrics. Is it common for it to happen this soon?
please would you tell us where we see the 'submitted' and 'updated' fields? if possible a screenshot of an account that shows. I have looked everywhere on my account and can't find anything.

As soon as you log in to your account, you'll see your applications. The completed and submitted applications are on the top. The "updated" and "submitted" status will show under "Current Status". I don't know how to share a picture here. But there's no way you can miss these headings, as they are right on top (and a couple lines under your name).
