Forgot bank certificate as PoF when applying

In the PoF document I uploaded I forgot to add the bank certificate. Stupid of me I know. I only had accounts statements for the saving and checking accounts for the past 6 months.

I read I can update using a web form. Is this OK? How should I go about and do that?

The other problem is that I will not be able to send the webform before Tuesday.

You should be okay. 6 month statements are also a good proof. Upload your bank certificate when you can. It's unlikely that they will start looking at your documents in just two days.

They do check them, fast, it's called completeness check and it's the first thing they do.

ASAP, upload the webform with the missing document and an explanation.

I will submit the webform with the scan tomorrow around noon Eastern time. Hopefully it won't be too late. Do you know what should I choose in the form as reason for contact?

In my country they call it 'balance certificate'. The document mentions the account number, date of when the account was opened and the balance amount. It doesn't mention any outstanding debts (though I pay apartment loan). It also doesn't mention the average balance for the past six months. However I have provided stamped bank statements since August.

Is it required? My bank does not have this option. I can only providing 6 months of bank statements.

I had to insist, a lot. And it cost 11$ per certificate. Insist and ask them at least to give you your current balance and date of account opening.
