Hi All,
I hope you all are doing great.

So I got ITA and now I am filling my online application and submitting my documents, So the situation is I have my parents living here in Canada on a Super Visa from the last 7 months (Having 2 Years of entry) with my sister who is a Permanent Resident of Canada. Now in the Immediate Family Members section in Express Entry Form, there is a column that indicates Country of residence of my parents, So my concern is should I Put Canada in that column as my parents are right now in Canada. If I do so a new column pops up and ask me to submit Family members proof of status and if I click on help button next to the column it says that I must provide a copy of your family member's Canadian citizenship or Immigration status document eg Canadian passport, PR Card, Study Permit or Work permit. But as they are on a Super Visa, they do not have any of these. So my question is should I change the country of Residence of my Parents back to India or should I just Scan their Visas and upload it as proof of residence.

Thanks for your concern on my Question

AFAIK your parents are visitors not residents, you should choose India as their country of residence.

That does make complete sense, but when I click on the question mark (Help) button next to this question it says "The person must be present in this country Legally".

That's the only thing that confuses me. I've tried calling IRCC but always tells me that we are busy and not taking any calls.

A Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), also referred to as a visitor visa, is an official document issued by a Canadian visa office that is placed in your passport to show that you have met the requirements for admission to Canada as a temporary resident (either as a visitor, a student, or a worker).

With above you can say "The current country of residence will be Canada and status will be on a Temporary Resident Permit." so the workaround you think of uploading visa details might help.
