It's on ECAS, it just says

Applicant	Permanent Residence Application Status

When your in ecas, scroll to the bottom where you log out.. just above the log out button it shows the following (choose the link that says "application for perm resident outside Canada):

The following tables will help you understand the status of your application.

• Application for Permanent Residence Outside Canada
• Application for Permanent Residence in Canada
• Application for Permanent Residence - Federal skilled Worker submitted to Sydney, Nova Scotia

When you click on that link this should pop up:

DECISION MADE (A decision has been made at this point.)

Medical Results Received by IRCC We have received your medical results. We will contact you only if additional tests are needed. Approval Status Determined Your application will be either approved or rejected. We will inform you of the decision in writing. Permanent Residence Status Determined If your application is approved, we will send you your permanent resident documentation and a letter saying what we need to finalize your permanent residence.

COMPLETE (This is the last step in the processing of your application.)

Applicant Arrives in Canada and is Granted Permanent Residence You will need to meet with an Immigration Officer who will verify your documents and grant you permanent residence if all is in order.

Need to give Mexico the CSQ by 45 days.

I feel you, I am official in my last 25 days to reach 1 year, still nothing updated and I have 55 days to give the CSQ also all Mexico is waiting for.

Im November 19 CSQ can't believe they haven't move at all!!! I hate is so different for Quebec ugh

Reached the one year on February 19th 2020 in here so, ouch.... you'll def be at the latest minute on your side too.

I expect Quebec to be at my date of processing (October 31th) in 2 weeks around. Then around 10 days to finish it and send copies So end of March around... 2 weeks before the deadline.... is def none sense. And i have my flight to her country on April 3rd ...

it's more the timing, everyone gets stuck there it's 5 months of wait ! october... nov,dec,jan,feb... it's gonna be processed in March,.. ugh

I had heard they stopped processing them sometime at the end of last year and re-started in January, it seems unfair for family reunification cases.

Make sure you arrive in POS with hotel reservations and $ - they hassle everyone at Customs - I’ve even seen American oil workers detained in the airport
