Yes for sure yours will be stamped at Chandigarh consulate and they take one week max to return … I have read in some posts when they returned in 2 days.
NDVO is taking 20-25 days and upto even a month .. no clue why but it seems like normal for them. I have not heard about anyone's sent to NDVO from Chandigarh vfs

p.s. why I keep feeling that you are from Jagraon ..

Thank You for the Info. I submitted to VFS chd today. And yes they are fast as compare to New Delhi. Hope my passport stays here. I still have more faith in them. NDVO has to serve the whole country as compare to chd. So I guess that might be the reason.

And sorry I am not from Jagraon. Are you?

Ur sponsor should call cic. My friend was having the similar case. He called cic and they said that they have already sent the letter a month ago but somehow it was not delivered so they sent it again for him. U should also try it.
