PRTD delayed

I found this forum useful Might be someone would be able to suggest on my scenario
I came to India with My husband and two daughters and I lost my passport and PR card while in India and couldn't go back on scheduled flight but my husband went with my 10 year old daughter. I got my new passport Lost US visa with the passport and applied for PRTD asap But now its more than a month I did not hear from them I have sent many emails and submitted request letters through vfs new Delhi. I have my flight tickets booked for march 3 still no update on status. I am stuck in India with my 2 year old daughter who is a Canadian citizen .Will loose my job if i dont go back soon and moreover Everything is disturbed Does anyone have any idea what should i do in this case Will my daughter being citizen of canada stuck in India due to my loss can help or any other way I could travel back to canada.

Yes I meet the RO and applied for citizenship before coming to India Got invited for citizenship test but couldn't go as I m in India

Your only options for returning to Canada are to wait for the PRTD to fly to Canada directly or use a US visa to fly to the US an re-enter Canada by land.

The fact your daughter is a Canadian citizen isn't really relevant to any of this.

A PRTD can take many weeks or longer. You should not have booked another flight until you knew when you were getting the PRTD.

Your daughter being Canadian doesn't make a difference. It was your personal choice for her to remain in India instead of returning to Canada with your husband and other daughter.
