Any hope for people who will turn 30 this year and are scoring around 457?

Please elaborate on crs 457 in the year of 2020 also how does pnp work? I mean in particular how does pnps pick up files from crs and which pnp is best for stem graduates?

Provinces can nominate candidates directly from the express entry pool for PNP.

You can also apply to them directly for a PNP and see if they're interested.

As for 457, looks tough to qualify directly from the pool through a round of invitation given cut-off scores are in the 470s these days.

But you have a good score to possibly get a PNP. You can check their websites for each province to find out what profession they are prioritizing.

Hey! Thanks for the reply! But, most of the provinces require to have a job offer beforehand. I think that's not true for OINP.
