Can my sibling employ me in his registered startup? Will that count for Express Entry?

I have a PGWP. If I get employment in my sibling's startup, will it be fine as long as I get my payroll and have the experience letter from the company? My sibling co-owns the company with another individual, so the other co-founder can also sign the letter of employment etc. Also, currently the company is registered at their home address, does that need to change to a commercial address? Yes, you can join him and work for him. There is no law that prohibits you from working for anyone.
