Hi, my name is Ayush Kothari and I have diligently been trying to immigrate to Canada since 2016. I have been looted by many fraud immigration agents and have wasted lakhs of money and now I am slipping down in a state of complete hopelessness on who can genuinely help me with my immigration process.

I tried to also do it by myself but seems that I am lacking the necessary knowledge about the whole process.

Please please help me with a genuine immigration lawyer who can help me determine my eligibility and also take over my case for the immigration.

Please friends, this is the last leap of faith I will have, and If i dont get any help after this, I'll loose my lifelong dream of going to Canada completely. I am exhausted getting cheated.

You don't need a lawyer to apply. You can apply on your own. Most people here have applied on their own without help from a lawyer. If you really want to apply through a lawyer, you should go with a reputable immigration lawyer located in Canada. This will likely cost you an additional $3K to $5K in fees on top of all of the normal fees required.

If you want to apply on your own, you should start by looking at the Express Entry program and determining how many points you have. If you have 470+ points, then this is a realistic option to apply. If you don't have enough points, then you will need to look into the PNP (provincial) programs.
