I wanted to confirm that is it advice able to submit PR file even though I have 11 months of experience. As we are getting 60days for uploading document and in those days I will get experience letter from company. ?

You ideally should wait until you have all your docs ready, or you're going to see delays in your application processing time. You can start your application at 11 months, but don't submit it until you're ready!
