CAN WORK PERMIT HOLDER ALLOWED TO HAVE 2ND JOB?

Hi everyone. I am currently here at Canada, through agency. However i am a working permit holder, still on process for PR. Can I apply for 2nd job, even if im still in work permit? But re assuring that i will still be full time in my current job. Just to meet the ends of financial area. Thank you

If it is a closed work permit, no. You are only allowed to work for the employer named on your permit. Any other work is illegal.

If it is an open work permit, yes you can take another job.
