Oh wow, Hopefully we get some information soon. If it goes over 12 months Mexico VO can expect an email from me everyday. I am in Calgary, so we will see how long he takes. But they responded to me within in hour to fill out an application for information, which I filled out right away.
They will give you nothing but general items it’s a joke

So weird because we got notice LAST week that our interview is March 23rd. You would think that ours would be first, no? I am not complaining - I need the time to pay for everything anyway - but it's weird, is it not? That we got notice earlier than you, for a date almost two weeks later?

I don't understand either. The eligibility they can process based on my evidence I sent to show our relationship. She assured me that was all that is left. My medical expires March 29, 2020. It sounds really stupid to me as well. I really do not understand the bring forward dates if they are not waiting for documents. But Ecuador seems to be easy when getting documents. Everything is easily obtainable online.
Eligibility and criminal background go hand in hand. I didn’t realize this until I ordered the notes about two weeks after the interview. Just because your gckey and notes indicate they have not started these , it’s not true , because it actually starts very early in the process . I was shocked when comparing the last set of notes after interview to the ones before . At least 25 extra pages showing dates right after transfer to Mexico of all kinds of things
Hang in there it will happen soon

But I'm not going based on Gckey or notes. My MP said that everything is complete except the eligibility. I asked about the background and she said it is 100% done and passed.

Eligibility shows as started since May 2019 in my case.... and now the only paper they need is CSQ it seems to complete the file. At least that's what they said..

What exactly constitutes eligibility? How do they determine if the Principal Applicant is Eligible?

Relationship according to them if it's genuine or not, or they have doubts. Proofs of recurrent contacts, testimonials, gifts, visits to each other and all . Combine all this with Criminality security results and medical
