A FD on transcripts

Hi guys,
I am feeling so terrible right now. I got caught for cheating on homework asignment, then I received a Fd on my transcripts.
Anyone have same situation with me. Can I apply for pgwp? Can Officer refuse my application because of FD?

An officer can reject you for whatever reason she/he likes. FD definitely won't help.

Even with A+ on transcript they can reject .

That's a grey area.
Are you being suspended ?
As long as you're completing your course and being a FT student, it shouldn't matter.

No. Just warning from my college. Yes I’m a FT student, I have not taken off Any semester. I am so stupid when copy solution for homework. Now, everything gets stuck

That's fine then, IRCC would only look into your graduation I suppose.
Also if you weren't "charged" I don't think it's an issue
