Im trying for may intake 2020 and all i have left is GIC certificate and visa application. I transfered the living expense of 10230 cad which was told by the agency , but now i got a call from the agency and they were informed just yesterday saying the living expense is apparently 11000 cad.so im worried if the transfer will be rejected due to insufficient funds or maybe i could send the extra money needed to cover through another wire transfer.

It's not 11000 CAD. It's 10,200 CAD. It's always better, however, to send extra as the payment could be rejected if the payment falls below 10,200 due to extra charges. You can't send extra as it would be counted as a separate transaction. Wait for the transaction to be rejected/accepted, and if it is rejected then send another payment of 10,500 or 11000.
