I have 3 year old kid who born in canada having Canadian nationality. I have other kid 8 year pak nationality. I want to come n stay in Canada n get pr is it possible 4 me n my husband n kids all have valid Canadian visit visa with multiple entries.whats the options for us.my husband from occupied kashmir india.i am from pakistan.

First having a canadian born child would not really influence any application for PR you would need to qualify same as everyone else

Your visas may have been cancelled after the birth tourism.

As Bs64 said, you need to qualify like everyone else. Having a Canadian child does not give you the right to live in Canada or help an app at all.
