Hi All,

Below is the timelines for my visitor visa applied online from India.

Online Form Submission - January 18, 2020
Submission Confirmation - January 18, 2020
Biometrics Collection Letter - January 19, 2020
Biometric completed - January 22, 2020
Correspondence Letter - February 1, 2020
Final Decision - February 3, 2020

Refusal Reason:

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Can anyone suggest if i can reapply now or shall i wait for few months?

Also not sure what supporting docs i can provide to proof that i will return back.

So what was the purpose of your visit, did you provide a full itinerary ? How long a visit did you request ? Did you show solid ties to your home country ?

It was only for tourism purpose from Apr 24 - May 3.
A full itinerary was provided on day-wise basis along with the flight details. But i didn't provide any confirmed flight tickets.
And yes, i shared all the supporting docs like marriage certificate, employer certifcate to proof i am working, pay slips, employee ID..and ofcourses financial docs to proof i have enough funds to stays for that period.

What else should i had given to proof my strong ties any idea?

What’s your travel history ? You said you were planning your trip based on tourism. What other countries have you visited in the past, based on tourism , that required you to obtain a visa , visit and leave aka abiding by the rules of the visa ?Countries such as UK, USA, Australia
If you reapply without addressing the reason for the refusal, you’ll just be looking at another refusal

I have visited Mexico twice ( Jan 2019, July 2019) , USA (Jun 2019) with B1/B2 visa valid until Dec 2029.

Not sure how to convince VO that i will leave Canada after end of my stay.

Not yet, will submit coming with cpnfirmed air ticket, company noc letter, leaves approval letter, flat docs etc...lets c
Do not buy a ticket that is non-refundable. A proposed flight itinerary from somewhere like Expedia is fine. There is no need to buy a ticket. Would order GCMS notes because you already have so many refusals. You need to be able to address the exact concerns of the visa officer.

Hello Experts,
I have applied Visit Visa in 2014 and refused. Again, I have applied Visa in 2017 and again refused. In both refusals, the did mentioned the below;

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit and Travel history
.

After first Refusal, I applied US visa and got approval which was valid till Dec 2019. I have travelled to US in 2014 and 2015.
I also got Visa for UK in 2016 ( 6 months and with multiple entries)

In December 2019, I again applied US Visa after expiration of the first one but even they did not approved. The reasons what I understood were "I forgot my passport to bring with me and went back to get my passport and got late. However, they accept to go for interview and during waiting for my turn there, I just laugh about one answer of another guy who was with VO and VO looked at me. Unfortunately, he interviewed me as well and refused.

I did not travel much in 2019 due to Job circumstances. but now planning to travel in April for 12 days to Canada as my son have summer break and he wants to go to Disney Land etc.

Now, I am again going to submit my TRV application for Canada, and need experts advise about what kind of documents I need to submit? What I am thinking are property papers which are on my name, My assets in Qatar, like Car, rented apartment contract, all my furniture including all appliances as I have all receipts etc. These all details will be mentioned with supporting docs in application letter.

Experts, Please share your experiences and kindly advise...… Thanks in advance.

My apologies, Actually I visited LA Disneyland so just inserted.

I am on employment Visa ( Resident Visa) and with the same employer since 2013 ( American consultant company).

As I stated, I will highlight that I have property in my home country on my name and that is immovable asset, I have car, and rented apartment which I furnished and will attach all receipts, I am living in Qatar since 2008 ( almost 12 years ) and during these two years I travelled to US, Schengen counties, UK visa ( multiple entries ), Ireland Visa, Singapore visa, etc. and never overstayed and return to Qatar as I have parament job with very good salary. etc. I am holding PK passport.

Any further suggestion ???
