you have to look at all the programs again but work experience is usually a requirement. You can start gaining work experience starting now and then apply.
Probably a mix of lower skilled positions like personal support workers and IT workers. Sure there are some HR jobs but you are unlikely to find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process when they can hire someone already authorized to work in Canada. Would not say it’s a field where there is a shortage of workers.
