I was able to contact the IRCC through the web form. I selected temporary residence Visa and work permit. I put my receipt number as the application number, filled out the rest of the form and uploaded some documents from the HCCP checklist, including my courier tracking to show that they got my application.

IRCC told me that they sent an email to my representative on Jan 7th and my employer received a NOA email on Jan 7th as well!
We missed the email by a couple of weeks

So to all of those having trouble getting AOR, try and use the web form to contact the IRCC, maybe you will have better luck through this way instead of the phone line. Also keep checking your emails!

Application sent: Sept 14, 2019
Receieved by IRCC: Sept 19, 2019
AOR and NOA: Jan 7, 2020

Thanks for sharing. I tried contacting them via the web form but it didn't go through cos there was no application number, I will try again using my receipt number.

Hello Pundhi

I have same query, i will apply for hccp with kids. i am little confused, can i fill study permit form or not.
if i filled study permit form then how to fill column " details of intended study in canada" without filling these columns form is not validated
kindly help me how you sent your application.

O, so that time u got USI number?i have no idea.but now they r issue AOR late than before.more than two months.. very slow processing ☹

WES does recognize GNM 3 years hospital study and training and in remarks they put not comparable to a Completed Canadian education. Do you think this result of evaluation can be used for caregiver program ?
