We didn't receive any updates after that.

Today I ( sponsor living in Canada) received an email from CPC Sydney that the application for permanent residence of my spouse has been forwarded to CPC Mississauga.


I just called the call center. They said file is still in NDVO . If it was sent to Mississauga they should be able to see it.

According to the agent this is how the file was moved Sydney- Ottawa- Mississauga - New Delhi. He said that this could be the email which was supposed to be sent when the file was first transferred to Mississauga. Must be a system glitch.
Anyways file is still is NDVO . Hope to get some updates in March / April.

I just checked ECAS and status is updated to application received today, do u have any idea what will be the next update and how long it takes after this ? Please let me know

Congratulations. You may get PPR anytime soon. How long did it take to get GCMS notes?

When they start attending your file it will change back to "in process" again
Mine was changed after 1 month on Jan 10 as I am May applicant, but I heard July applicant's still remains "APP REC"

Would it help if we have a separate tracker with relevant attributes for applicants whose file is transferred to NDVO. To be honest once the file is moved to NDVO those monthly trackers created for outland applicants are not of much help. I believe with the kind of wait times we have for NDVO, a lot of applicants would not even be looking back and updating their entries into those trackers.
Please let me know if such a tracker already exists.

Is this step when it changes from APP REC to IN-Process known as AOR 2?
