Hi. I got job offer from APK construction INC, Canada. I am not sure if this is genuine. Can some one help me to find out? Company has telephone number, address, domain, website in both canada & singapore. But an agent involved in visa & seeking money as service charge to process visa.

Almost certainly a scam. If they are offering free flight or food or accommodations - it's a scam.
