I have one 4 years bachelor's degree in engineering from INDIA.

AND

I have done 1 year PG Diploma in Canada.

Am I eligible to choose Two or more degrees option? If yes please attach a valid source link.

You need to get education credential assessment ECA done from any of the approved institutes for everything studied outside of Canada.
Google getting ECA report done and you will find many options.

Dude I'm asking whether am I eligible to choose that option or not. ECA report will say the positive only.
